Both of them sould be "right" at home [the only place] in the company of Marx, Lenin, Trosky, Mao, Che, Castro and etc. Sotomayor is being heralded for her "rags to riches" story, and that is fine. But she is not unique in that--it has often been a part of "the American Dream." I only underscores the reward of "liberty and the pursuit of happiness" promised U.S. citizens in our Founding Documents. It is so unfortunate that Obama and his radicals are so dedicated to "remake America"-which he said is "the greatest nation in the world." His empty rhetoric is ironic since his actions belie his wwords. Sotomayor has had 6 cases decided by the U. S. Supreme Court and FIVE OF THEM HAVE BEEN REVERSED/OVERTURNED. SO HER RECORD THERE PROVIDES NO REASON TO PLACE HER ON THE HIGHEST COURT IN THE LAND. In fact, her lackluster judicial career militates against her nomination. Oh, THE REASON FOR SERVING ON THE COURT IS NOT RACE,GENDER,or ACTIVISM, BUT IT IS THE ABILITLY TO UNBIASLY INTERPRET AND APPLY THE CONSTITUTION WITHIN THE RULE OF LAW.
