Pacific Legal Foundation

By Brandon Martin

The federal courts interpret the meaning of our Constitution and, thus, have incredible power in determining the scope of our rights and liberties.

It’s a good thing, then, that one of the best public interest law firms is pro-liberty and private property rights.  The Pacific Legal Foundation has been fighting the good fight — and occassionally winning in state and federal courts– for decades.

They are offering a free bumper sticker to anyone who signs up for their online newsletters.  If you are interested in legal crusading on behalf of property-owners or the occasional significant slap-down of an overreaching environmentalist, you might want to take the PLF up on their offer.  Who knows, you might need their help one day.
