The Internet as Distribution Channel: James O’Keefe and Andrew Brietbart Release Controversial Hidden Camera Documentary Footage of ACORN Employees

For nearly the last decade, young filmakers and documentarians have dreamed about using the internet as a distribution channel for work that might never find an audience through traditional media.  Yesterday, that dream apparently came true for documentarian James O’Keefe.

Andrew Breitbart published O’Keefe’s work on Mike Flynn’s Big  Government blog.  The video, which features an undercover expose on two Acorn employees who aren’t the least bit uncomfortable with criminality, was later posted to YouTube and took the internet by storm.

This morning, Hannah Giles, who played the prostitute in the undercover sting, writes about her experience on Big Government and shares a clip from Fox News coverage of their video.
